The Step Forward Campaign was launched in 2012 with the goal of raising funds to create new and/or improved spaces that would enhance Jemicy’s programs to better meet the needs of our students. Major goals included construction of a new, stand-alone, Lower School science classroom; a performing arts theater, which would be utilized by all divisions of the school; replacement of the Upper School gym floor with regulation hardwood to meet MIAA standards; and an expansion of the Lower and Middle School gymnasium to include locker rooms and a lunch/multipurpose room. Numerous other goals were accomplished, as well. To date, the Step Forward Campaign had raised nearly $11,000,000.
