• Submit a Psycho-Educational Evaluation

  • Jemicy requires a full psychological evaluation that has been administered within two years of your application. Abbreviated tests may not be sufficient.
    • Wechsler Intelligence Scale (WPPSI, WISC-V, or WASI) preferred
    • Academic Achievement Testing
  • Please include any of the following evaluations or reports, if applicable:
    • IEP or 504 Plan 
    • Speech and Language 
    • Occupational Therapy
    • Tutor progress report
  • Contact the Admission Office for evaluator referrals, if needed.

• Apply Online by Monday, January 11, 2027

  Applications received after January 11 will be considered if space is available.

  • Following your initial request for information, the Admission Office will provide login information to the MyJemicy admission portal, where you may access the online application.
  • A completed application includes:  
    • Psycho-educational testing
    • Parent meeting
    • Student shadow day
    • Teacher recommendation(s)
    • Report cards
    • Application and a non-refundable $75 application fee
  • Monitor the progress of your application through the MyJemicy admission portal.

  1. Parent Meeting (Required)
     • Please contact the Admission Office to schedule a meeting with the admission staff to discuss your child’s learning profile.
     • A copy of the psycho-educational evaluation must be submitted in advance of the meeting.
  2. Information Session (Not Required)
     
     • Throughout the year, Jemicy offers a number of information sessions that provide an overview of our programs and educational philosophy for prospective parents and educational professionals. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION

• Student Experiences

  • Student Shadow Day (Required)

  • • An admission application and application fee must be submitted prior to the student shadow day. 
    • Contact the Admission Office to schedule a shadow day.

• Teacher Recommendation and Records Release Forms - Grades 1-5 (Required)

  • One teacher recommendation is required for lower school applicants (Grades 1-5). The form should be downloaded, signed, and sent to your child's current teacher.
    • Lower School Teacher Recommendation
    • Recommendations should not be completed prior to December 1, 2026.
    • The completed recommendation should be sent by your child's current teacher directly to Jemicy by email or fax.

    • Jemicy maintains strict confidentiality of teacher recommendations in accordance with The AIMS Statement on Confidentiality of Written Recommendations.
  • Download a Release of Records Form and provide a signed copy of the form to your child’s current school. This form gives the school permission to send a copy of your child’s report cards from the last two years (if applicable) to Jemicy.
    • Report cards should be sent by email or fax.

• Send Teacher Recommendation and Records Release Forms - Grades 6-12 (Required)

  • Two teacher recommendations are required for applicants (Grades 6-12). The forms should be downloaded, signed, and sent to your child's current English and math teachers.
    • English Teacher Recommendation Form
    • Math Teacher Recommendation Form
    • Recommendations should not be completed prior to December 1, 2026.
    • The completed recommendation should be sent by your child's current teacher directly to Jemicy by email or fax.

• Complete Tuition Assistance Application by January 20, 2027

  • For information about Jemicy’s Tuition Assistance Policies and Procedures.
  • Jemicy utilizes Clarity to process all Tuition Assistance requests. Clarity will open for new and returning families on September 1, 2026 and applications for new families are due January 20, 2027. CLICK HERE to apply online.
  • Financial assistance decisions will be released with student enrollment contracts.
  • Questions about financial assistance should be directed to TuitionAssistanceOffice@JemicySchool.org

• Admission Decision Notification Date: February 19, 2027

  • Admission and tuition assistance decisions will be communicated via email at the close of business on Friday, February 19, 2027.
  • For tuition assistance applications received after the January 20th deadline, notifications will be sent on a rolling basis.

• Enrollment Contracts Due: March 5, 2027

  • Families who wish to accept the offer of admission from Jemicy must return their signed contract and non-refundable deposit by March 5, 2027.
