Jemicy’s Upper School welcomes and serves students who are bright, creative, intellectually curious, and college-bound.
The Jemicy student is one who has well-developed reasoning skills and is able to think outside the box but may struggle with the mechanics of reading, writing, organization, and math. Jemicy’s talented and dedicated faculty are committed to fostering a creative and academically stimulating environment while simultaneously providing targeted interventions and personalized strategies to address students’ language-based learning differences.

Jemicy’s curriculum offers multisensory, hands-on instruction; a rich visual and performing arts curriculum; cross-curricular activities; a robust co-curricular program, including interscholastic sports and a wide variety of clubs; and a strong commitment to community service. In addition, students have the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of engaging electives that are offered in all of the academic disciplines. All students receive a fully-loaded laptop with applications and tools to support their learning. Through these avenues, Upper School students develop a love of learning, are encouraged to explore and discover new interests and talents, and acquire the confidence and skills necessary to transition to excellent colleges and universities.
We look forward to welcoming new students and families to campus and to sharing Jemicy’s vision for education. We are excited for you to experience all that the Jemicy Upper School community has to offer.
