Velocity Cars

In Dan See's Y Group science class, students used velocity cars to explore the components (distance and time) that makeup speed. This exploration is used as a hands-on introduction to students engaging with physics. They used their background knowledge and the data they collected to discover how calculating speed over various distances remained the same with a vehicle moving at a constant rate.
