Technical Theater >>

Upper School students have hands-on experience in Jemicy’s Tomlinson Theater, where they learn the skills required to produce school performances during and outside of regular school hours.
Technical Theater class focuses on learning the different facets of theatrical production: sound mixing, lighting design, projection, projection mapping, rigging, and stage management.

In the video below, students completed a 2 minute projection mapping assignment. They used software to allow the projector to correctly display imagery on three-dimensional objects, allowing them to give a more immersive feel to stage sets and backgrounds.
