Required Documents

All 1040 and W2 documents from 2025 will be automatically transferred from the IRS during the application process.  Documents do not need to be uploaded manually unless Clarity has an issue retrieving them from the IRS.  You will be notified by email from Clarity if any documents need to be uploaded.

Families with business income must manually upload business tax documents.  Requests for this documentation will be sent after the application is submitted.
