FLAG DAY CELEBRATION 2019 >>

Current college students from the classes of ’15 through ’19 returned to the Upper School on January 10 to share their college experiences with the class of 2019. They gathered to lower the Class of 2018 flag, watched the Class of 2019 raise theirs, and then celebrated the installation of the 2018 flag in the gym.
All five classes then gathered in Tomlinson Theater, where Head of School Ben Shifrin and Mamie Heard, head of Upper School, welcomed the 2015-2018 alums back to campus. Mark Westervelt, director of alumni relations, and Mark Palmerino, US dean of students, facilitated the Q&A that followed. Alums shared their advice with this year’s seniors about making the transition to college learning environments. Alumni Association President Steve O’Neil ’93 also joined in the event and talked with seniors about their plans for the fall.

Thank you to Jemicy’s classes of 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 for returning to campus to support the class of 2019. We are excited to hear about your growth and successes. Stay in touch!
